IS IT SAFE TO ORDER CDS, DVDS, ETC FROM THIS WEBSITE?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

 

Shipping for CDs and DVDs is $5 initially, and $3 per item thereafter. Shipping for shirts and jackets are a flat rate of $6 for US and $8 international, with $3 additional for each item afterwards. These prices reflect actual shipping rates and order processing fees. 

 

 

SHIPPING TIMES

 

Generally, items take between 1-3 weeks. USA and Europe tend to be 1-2 weeks, whereas the rest of the world may take a little longer. Also, if you are not in the US, there is always the possibility of having to pay your own country's importation tax. I am not responsible for any customs duties.

 

 

TRACKING

 

Items shipped in the US usually have tracking, while international package tracking is not available.

 

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?

 

Contact via email or the contact form and I will replace the damaged item.

 

 

RETURNS

 

Because I am a one-man operation, certain restrictions apply:  Returns are generally not accepted unless you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged when you receive it. For apparel, please make sure you view the item's sizing chart to ensure you order the correct size. Items that are used/dirtied after you receive it are not eligible for return. Thank you for your understanding.

 

 

WHAT IS A PROFESSIONALLY PACKAGED CDR?

 

The CDs I release are professionally packaged CDRs. This means "duplication."  And what that means is that I can have a lower quantity pressed instead of having to order 500 or so CDs at once and have them take up tons of space in my house. They come in jewel cases and are shrink-wrapped, they look just like "regular" CDs! The quality is excellent, these are NOT homemade.

 

And for those of you wondering, these are pressed with the original high-resolution master recordings, not MP3.

You can download for free if you wish, or you can choose your own price (via Bandcamp) if you would like to support my music and creative process.  Any support you give goes directly into making and releasing new music.
