YOUTUBE USAGE

 

The majority of my music is available under the Creative Commons Attribution license, CC-BY 3.0. This means you can use it in YouTube videos (yes, you can monetize also), all you have to do is mention it in the description.  -check the license first-

 

Here's how you do it:

 

Type something like this into the description:  

"Creative Commons Attribution CC-BY music provided by Vitne - http://www.Vitne.net"

 

Be sure to put this into the video before it is finished uploading, I have heard.  Otherwise, you may have to deal with YouTube's ContentID scan.

 

 

 

OTHER PROJECTS LICENSING

 

Want to license my music into other projects?  You can!  It's real easy.  And yes, commercial purposes - no problem.  And it is 100% PodSafe. -check the license first-

 

How do you do it?  It's the same deal as YouTube above.  You must provide attribution. Somewhere which is easily visible to those viewing your work, just mention my name (Vitne) and song title in the credits along with a link to my website www.Vitne.net.
